1. About QuickmoveLeads
QuickmoveLeads is a premium lead generation platform that delivers high-intent, inbound moving leads to carriers, brokers, and moving companies across the United States. Every lead in our system comes from a real customer who has voluntarily submitted their information with the intent to relocate.
2. Our Services
QuickmoveLeads provides the following:
- Inbound moving lead generation
- Shared leads — distributed to a maximum of 3 buyers
- Exclusive leads — delivered to 1 buyer only
- Lead delivery via email, Google Sheet, or Excel file
- Free sample leads for quality evaluation before purchase
3. Lead Quality & Accuracy
We stand behind the quality of every lead we deliver. Each lead is guaranteed to include:
- A verified name, phone number, and email address
- Customer-submitted move date and location details
- Inbound intent only — every customer comes to us voluntarily
- Fresh, original data — never recycled or reused from previous campaigns
Replacement Policy: If a delivered lead contains an invalid phone number or a bounced email address, the client must report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace invalid leads up to a maximum of 10% of the total order at no additional cost.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront before lead delivery begins
- Accepted payment methods: Payoneer, Wise, PayPal, and bank transfer
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- QuickmoveLeads reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time with prior notice
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once lead delivery has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
The only remedy available for quality-related concerns is lead replacement as outlined in Section 3. Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Conversion rates or booking performance
- A client’s inability to reach or contact a lead
- External market conditions or competitor activity
- Change of mind after delivery has begun
6. Delivery Terms
- Lead delivery begins within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment
- Leads are delivered via email in Google Sheet or Excel format
- Delivery schedule — daily, weekly, or all at once — is agreed upon prior to delivery
- QuickmoveLeads is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect client contact information
7. Confidentiality
All lead data received through QuickmoveLeads is strictly confidential. Clients agree not to resell, share, redistribute, or transfer leads to any third party without prior written consent from QuickmoveLeads.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of services without refund, as well as potential legal action.
8. No Conversion Guarantee
QuickmoveLeads provides verified contact and lead data only. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a booked job, a signed contract, or revenue for the client. Conversion outcomes depend entirely on the client’s own sales process, follow-up speed, and business operations.
9. Free Samples
QuickmoveLeads may offer free sample leads to prospective clients for quality evaluation purposes. Free samples:
- Are provided entirely at our discretion
- Are limited to one sample request per company
- Do not constitute a binding service agreement
- May be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice
10. Limitation of Liability
QuickmoveLeads’ total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or data.
11. Acceptable Use
Clients agree to use all received leads exclusively for legitimate moving service outreach. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using leads for spam or marketing unrelated to moving services
- Reselling or distributing lead data to unauthorized parties
- Using leads for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
12. Changes to These Terms
QuickmoveLeads reserves the right to update these Terms and Services at any time. All changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation before either party pursues legal remedies.
